About the Team:
FIS is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team to create, manage, and optimize global paid search campaigns across all lines of business for the purposes of demand generation and brand building. This individual will have a passion for digital marketing, understand the effectiveness of paid search in the B2B space and be well versed in best practices for optimum performance and ROI. The Paid Search Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with paid search plans. What you will be doing:

  • Create paid social proposals based on the stakeholder's objectives, and advise on required budget levels
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple lines of business to align with business goals
  • Lead and drive campaign performance through a test and learn approach
  • Manage budgets and platform level optimizations daily
  • Actively work with internal teams to ensure campaign success based on KPIs
  • Regularly report on the performance of paid social campaigns to internal stakeholders and share recommendations for improvement
  • Be on top of market developments, upcoming betas that would be suited to us


What you bring:

  • Three to five+ years of experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Technology or the equivalent of similar experience and education
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
  • Strong executional knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull and analyze reports on LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company
  • Experience with Google Analytics and confident in interpreting data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of other paid channels that could form part of a campaign media mix and attributing paid social performance as part of that.
  • Good knowledge of Marketo
