Location: Remote in Texas

Overview: Trend Micro is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to support and enhance its marketing digital transformation. The ideal candidate understands the role of brand and creative influence in driving business results and has a proven track record of successfully managing paid social media campaigns accordingly. A passion for advertising, team-player mentality, and expertise in paid social media is key to this role's success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create high-level paid social media strategies that integrate into multi-channel communications and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with digital communications and marketing leads to develop paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Establish key metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of each paid social media campaign
  • Recommend and oversee copy and creative development for paid ads in alignment with social media guidelines, persona and voice
  • Execute paid social campaigns according to established objectives, goals and metrics while ensuring accurate budget pacing and quality assurance
  • Consistently analyze performance and optimize campaigns including campaign/ad set/audience structure and running A/B tests to improve efficiency and performance
  • Regularly report technical results and communicate high-level performance to internal teams
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media ad products, best practices and trends for both established and nascent social media platforms
  • Serve as an internal advisor on paid social media strategy and unlocking its value for business

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in marketing, business or communications
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in paid social media marketing, analytics and budget management
  • Paid expertise across all major social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Additional experience in other digital advertising such as display, etc. preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing advertising and analytics platforms, such as Sprinklr, Salesforce and Tableau a plus
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and focus on detail
