About this position
Accelerated Digital Media is a young, motivated, marketing company specializing in digital ad account management for a range of industries. We are looking for an experienced paid social media Specialist to join our team.
This position requires a client-facing, analytics-based account manager to handle full funnel paid social media strategies for mid-market and enterprise-level accounts. You will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all paid social media campaigns for a client base ranging from fortune-500 companies to national ecommerce. This position is both technical and client-facing so a deep understanding of Facebook’s ad platforms as well as client management / relationship building is a must and experience with other paid social media platforms (Yelp, LinkedIn, SnapChat, etc.) is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all client communication
- Analyze campaign performance and optimization strategy
- Identify scope and scale of current programs and execute strategies to capitalize on opportunities
- Onboard select new clients to the ADM team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all client deliverables are on-time
- Proactively research competition and new trends to stay ahead in your client’s field
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of company processes and procedures
- Create and implement campaign A/B testing to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns preferred
- Agency experience with managing monthly budgets ranging from $5,000-$100,000+
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building
- General knowledge of SEO and SEM
- The ability to set expectations and meet them
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
