As our Paid Search Sr. Strategist, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

As our Paid Search Sr. Strategist, you will create, optimize and lead the reporting of client paid search campaigns. You will work across all of the agency’s paid search assignments. You will conduct and analyze keyword research necessary to build campaigns; recommend paid search plans to clients; QA campaigns for launch; report results, insights, and optimization strategies on a regular basis. You will work closely with our strategic media planning team and report directly to our Paid Search Manager.

  • Understand client needs and help identify PPC goals
  • Run routine optimizations on accounts such as reviewing search query reports, negative keyword maintenance, AB testing, etc.
  • Create campaigns by writing ad copy, creating keyword lists and targeting strategies based on client needs
  • Contribute to account strategy, including optimizations, KPI goals, new tactics, and industry developments
  • Report on campaign performance including insights and recommendations for clients
  • Research the competitive landscape
  • Forecast and pace monthly budgets
  • Provide POV’s on the industry both internally and externally

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of professional paid search experience
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Google Analytics Certification a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Mastery of Google Ads and associated platforms
  • Strong skills in core Excel functions that pertain to financials, digital visualization, and data analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solving orientation
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Ability to work well with teams while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
