What we're looking for:

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Paid Search Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing the creation, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of PPC for our products.

The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the regulated search spaces in online dating and should be able to independently research, build, target, and manage buys while maintaining brand standards for advertising.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement the strategy surrounding paid search campaigns, including keyword development, bidding strategy, ad group and campaign setup, execution details, and overall goal achievement.
  • Analyze data from reporting tools to inform decisions on how to best maximize ROAS.
  • Monitor and evaluate search performance and generate regular client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, and other paid search KPIs, delivering insightful reports and recommendations on budget, strategy, and tactics given those goals.
  • Construct and run A/B tests and provide written analysis and conclusions on the effectiveness of our campaigns, and any actions taken to improve performance.
  • Participate in collaborations with the rest of the Digital & Marketing teams to formulate and execute on digital acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and configure conversion events to optimize spend off of.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to facilitate the troubleshooting and integration of tracking pieces, as needed.
  • Maintaining contact with our Ad Network reps, and leveraging their insights as needed.


Skills and experience you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Paid Search
  • Keep up-to-date of media trends and strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable with keyword discovery and optimization, and experience with writing best practice ad copy.
  • Have good collaboration skills, and work with multiple departments to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrable experience in Featured Snippet and key SERP success
  • Strong understanding of known bidding strategies, how they operate, and when it's best to use certain ones.
  • Familiarity with running ads in the App and Google Play Stores.
  • Strong comprehension in Apple Ads, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
