As our company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our digital marketing efforts and add talented individuals to our team. BuildASign is searching for an analytical and experienced SEM Specialist who is highly organized with strong problem solving & communication skills. We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience managing sophisticated SEM accounts (including search, shopping and display campaigns). This is a strategic role managing multi-million dollar account budgets with the opportunity to make a huge impact for our company.
Desired Outcomes:
- Optimize paid search accounts with multi-million dollar budgets through continuous testing, close monitoring of campaigns, adjusting CPC bids, implementing appropriate device modifiers, dayparting settings and automated bidding target adjustments.
- Interpret SEM campaign performance, determine and take necessary steps to meet efficiency and revenue goals
- Monitor YoY growth and facilitate projects in order to hit growth and return goals
- Provide regular reporting and analysis for the Paid Advertising Manager and BuildASign leadership
- Mentor and coach junior SEM associates
- Conduct keyword research and buildout for newly launched products and independently perform regular account maintenance tasks
- Conduct Shopping feed and campaign buildout for newly launched products and optimize campaign/implement best practices
- Build out and optimize Remarketing campaigns (including dynamic remarketing campaign and feed creation)
- Stay current on online marketing best practices and always be ready to present new ideas to the rest of the team
- Perform keyword/market research to uncover new product and advertising opportunities
- Work with Supply Chain, Creative, Marketing, Dev & other internal departments as needed to add new products to existing or new websites

Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
- 2 - 3 years of experience working on sophisticated SEM accounts (experience with Google Ads scripts and customizer feeds a plus)
- Extremely efficient in working with both Google Ads and Bing Microsoft AdCenter (including Editor platforms)
- Proven track record of building Product Listing Ads / Shopping feeds and managing Shopping campaigns
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Strong understanding of online metrics and analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to set up tracking and make necessary edits in Google Tag Manager
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with BI tools and SQL is a plus

This is a remote-first position. The role will allow the team member to work remotely, but may require in-person work based on business needs. Team members must reside in Texas.
