As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy across Google & Microsoft Advertising (Bing) to drive growth for Byte. You will plan, execute and optimize our paid search campaigns. You will also collaborate with other channel leaders to develop strategies that will accelerate overall business growth. This is a hands-on role that will require platform experience.

What you will do.

• End-to-end channel ownership of paid search campaigns including strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, and optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations, budget management, and performance reviews
• Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast, and develop new strategies that will inform future business decisions.
• Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration.
• Collaborate with channel leads and cross-functional teams to accelerate overall business growth.

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience planning, building, executing and scaling paid search and display/discovery campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), either in-house or agency
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $100,000K+
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights
• Experience running A/B testing design & analysis
• Experience with Keyword Planner, Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor
• Experience with 1st party and 3rd party audience strategies
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with YouTube campaigns is a plus
