Job Description About the Position:
The Paid Search Channel Strategy Associate of the Acquisitions Center of Excellence is responsible for increasing profitable new account growth within our Paid Search channel. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
This person, as the subject matter expert, will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy, planning, and reporting of new accounts generated from the Chase Card Acquisition Paid Search Channel. This includes driving testing discipline to expand/innovate channel, as well as tracking and reviewing campaign performance to generate recommendations based on learnings, best practices and competitive landscape. They will collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new account goals for digital marketing and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them, and perform profitability analysis on cards portfolio to define appropriate level of investment.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ years of marketing, advertising, media, or creative strategy experience
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
  • Superior organizational and process skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
