Where you shine

The right candidate for this outstanding opportunity will have experience in developing and driving paid search optimization efforts including launching campaigns, copywriting, building keyword lists, bid management, and effectively managing paid search programs. You will be accountable for the day-to-day management of a client's paid search marketing and development of your account(s).
What your success will look like

  • Manage client paid search programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement
  • Use historical data, best practices and industry tools to help develop and implement strategic solutions
  • Understand the client's product, marketing objectives and digital goals with an emphasis on paid search, presenting to clients on regular basis
  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines.
  • Learn, and work in, 3rd Party platforms such as Kenshoo, Instacart, Promote IQ, etc.
  • Think creatively, do research, and develop tools and innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or advance the practice. Present practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimization.
  • Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes and roll-outs.
  • Build, or assist in crafting, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation
  • Campaign Strategy definition and implementation, working closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice.

Who you are and what you bring

  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads certifications
  • Minimum1-3 years experience in Paid Search
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Search Engine Website & Desktop Tools (Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor), Analytical Tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.), and 3rd party platform tools (Skai, Criteo, etc)
  • Retailer platform experience (WMC, KPM, Instacart, Amazon, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business, Preferred
  • Shows a willingness to both learn new skills & processes while being willing to share their experiences and expertise in the space to new members of the team
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
