We’re looking for experts in paid media with experience across various marketing channels (either digital or traditional; including programmatic, paid search, paid social, digital audio, connected TV, OOH, email marketing, and/or others) to join our team as a Senior Paid Media Associate on our Product Marketing team.

At Red Ventures, Paid Media Associates are responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital media campaigns in order to drive positive performance across channels and campaigns. In this role, you’ll need to think strategically and act tactically. It is a highly visible role (internally across our marketing and product leadership teams), where you’ll be charged with identifying opportunities to test brand new channels, drive both brand awareness and revenue, and instilling data-driven best practices across the company. If you like marketing, testing new platforms and channels, and data/analytics, you’ve come to the right place.

As a Senior Paid Media Associate in this role, you’ll be working on our Product Marketing team for The Points Guy promoting and helping bring to market various TPG products including the app, newsletter, branding initiatives, and other current and future developments. This role will be responsible for ideating and driving forward both upper funnel brand marketing campaigns as well as lower funnel, direct-response tactics. While this role is in-house, agency experience is also welcomed. Our Paid Media roles offer the full funnel ownership, impact, and stability of in-house, with the high risk/high reward environment and experienced teammates to learn from that you see in agency roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, execute, and optimize innovative full funnel digital marketing campaigns for The Points Guy brand
  • Responsible for the strategy, execution, and analysis of new channels across programmatic, paid search, digital audio, connected TV, OOH, and others
  • This role will be responsible for creating holistic marketing strategy, determining how each channel can/should fit into the larger picture across brand and performance initiatives, and identifying and testing new opportunities for account growth and optimization
  • Learn from some of the best and brightest digital marketing thought-leaders in the industry
  • Work hand-in-hand with our incredible in-house team, including the engineers building our proprietary technology and our web designers and developers working on our websites, app, creative assets, and customer/user experience

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3-6 years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting brand and/or performance goals in digital or traditional marketing campaigns
  • Data lovers and analytically-minded people with a passion for online marketing
  • Experience in some combination of: programmatic DSPs or ad networks, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, paid social platforms, mobile app marketing/campaigns, and MMPs (mobile measurement partners)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and intermediate/advanced Excel skills; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and other analytic platforms experience a plus
  • Agency or agency management experience also a plus
  • Comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, testing, creative, and audience strategy and methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
