Our new Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in executing our clients' Paid Media programs and serve as a Paid Media expert within your assigned team. You will be on a team of Paid Media experts, supporting a portfolio of client strategies, enhancing great relationships, managing timelines and deliverables, and growing performance. 

The Paid Media Specialist works closely with the Paid Media team and other team members to enhance our clients' overall digital programs through Paid initiatives and complementary strategies with other services. Here’s what we expect from our Paid Media Specialist, with responsibilities broken down into two categories:

Campaign Execution & Channel Insights

  • Responsible for the execution of multiple client Paid Media strategies and campaigns and building upon long lasting client relationships
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Manager and Sr. Paid Media Manager, learning how to plan, implement and audit paid media campaigns & strategies that align with client KPIs and marketing goals
  • Play supporting role in developing Paid Media deliverable strategy and campaign planning for clients, working in tandem with Paid Media Manager
  • Responsible for executing regular and ad hoc Paid Media deliverables to achieve clients' marketing goals, following Paid Media best practices, working closely with Paid Media Manager and Sr. Paid Media Manager
  • Responsible for executing or delegating execution of client tasks according to tactical roadmaps developed by Sr. Paid Media Manager
  • Responsible for development and execution or delegation of the testing strategy and implementation for client Paid Media programs
  • Responsible for quality assurance and regular optimization of client campaigns
  • Support the creation of insightful and actionable Paid Media performance reports for client campaigns
  • Understand the client’s industry, audience and goals and stay on top of industry changes, trends & best practices and search engine updates.

Internal & External Communication

  • Help communicate Paid Media deliverables and execution details and serve as a supporting client point of contact for Paid Media-related questions
  • Join in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Sr. Paid Media Manager, other members of the team and Paid Media Product Lead in the continued development of Paid Media best practices
  • Play an active role in retaining clients and aiding in client satisfaction through proactive communication, collaboration, problem-solving and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience managing Paid Search, Display and/or Social Ad campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Sheets/Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity that will guide the research to inform your technical work
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills
  • The ability to work solo and with a team as needed
  • The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits
  • Comfort with constant personal and professional growth
