ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Search who is passionate about scaling paid media campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition while constantly testing new dynamic strategies in multiple engines.

Built by former teachers, NASA engineers, and those passionate about education, our team is obsessed with helping people reach their life goals and milestones through online certification. 

After launching our first mobile app to provide accredited driver's ed courses, Aceable expanded into real estate education and most recently entered into healthcare education. Aceable serves hundreds of thousands of students per month, but we need your help to tackle our vision of serving millions of students per month!

ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM

The Aceable Marketing Team is a talented group of digital and performance marketers with expertise in search, revenue optimization, marketing analytics, and product marketing.  We are data-driven, collaborative, and love being a major contributor to the growth of Aceable. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our Paid Media program
  • Manage planning, execution, optimizations, budget pacing, and reporting across multiple platforms
  • Manage a team of paid media specialists 
  • Measure and analyze campaign and channel performance, perform deep dive analysis, and flag opportunities to scale and optimize performance across various campaign and product types
  • Continuously iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities through ad copy and bidding strategy testing, quality score improvement, keyword expansion, and landing page testing.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly paid search KPI and financial reporting
  • Ensure our paid search campaigns reflect the most up to date best practices and incorporate the latest industry trends
  • Establish a feedback loop with key internal stakeholders and the broader marketing team by sharing insights and search trends that inform broader business strategy

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 4+ years of in-house or performance marketing agency experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing a marketing team
  • A proven track record of managing, building, and scaling paid search programs, preferably for high-growth Ecommerce or DTC companies
  • Experience working directly in Google and Bing Ads engines and editor programs
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail; a proven ability to manage a high volume of multiple work streams at once

BONUS POINTS

  • Power BI and Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • PPC Management platform experience is preferred
