ClickUp is looking for a Paid Marketing Coordinator with strong attention to detail to collaborate cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and beyond to seize new opportunities for ClickUp's digital footprint, while also expanding on our existing presence.

The Role:
- Serve in a multidisciplinary support role across paid acquisition channels including (but not limited to) paid social (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), OTT/CTV, and Podcast
- You will work directly with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager on research, cross-functional coordination, analysis, and campaign execution
- Responsible for tactical execution and campaign audits to deliver timely marketing launches. Duties include account setup, strategy development, A/B testing, and campaign management
- Monitor and perform an in-depth analysis of key metrics and trends to show program effectiveness and continually refine for optimal ROI/CAC Payback.
- Bubble up insights and recommendations to improve and scale acquisition efforts
- Support in launching and testing into new acquisition channels for opportunities to expand our performance marketing portfolio
- Support establishing processes and documentation for playbooks, best practices, and operational efficiencies
- Gather internal and external market intelligence to support the team to build strategic targeting and messaging

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of paid campaign management experience in Meta, LinkedIn and/or Google Ads with a deep understanding of paid channel platforms
- Good awareness of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous attention to processes
- Strong cross-functional communication with stakeholders from creative, product, and web teams
- Experience with Tracking & Attribution
- Firm grasp of web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Does not shy away from big data and enjoys extracting trends and story-telling
- Has a growth mindset with a thirst for testing and knowledge
- Understands website conversion rate optimization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Is a selfâstarter who thrives in a fastâpaced environment
- Thinks ahead and catches problems before they arise

Desireable:
- 2+ years experience with SaaS B2B websites in the tech space
- 2+ years of marketing agency experience
- Bonus points if you have run campaigns on Reddit or TikTok
