The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for project management and coordination across the marketing team and with cross functional partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the planning and on-time execution of marketing initiatives while ensuring everyone is properly aware. You will also be acting as a liaison between the voice of the customer and the team. Additionally, you will manage vendors and agency partners. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized and can build and maintain processes to keep projects and campaigns running smoothly. The person in this role should be curious, eager to innovate and do things differently and want to help us deliver and maintain the best possible customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the status of MSR marketing materials and campaigns with the marketing team and cross functional stakeholders to enforce consistency across departments
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across all channels, driving a consistent customer experience
  • Source products or marketing materials needed for internal Proshop, advertising and/or promotion
  • Coordinate events and activities
  • Write email copy on the fly and work with internal teams or agencies to design, code and deploy
  • Help support marketing automation efforts
  • Help support some areas of reputation management and social media
  • Support internal and external communications as it relates to Marketing programs
  • Competitive research
  • Presentation deck development
  • Support with creative brief writing to kick off with agencies and manage end to end

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience writing consumer-facing email copy
  • Excellent command of grammar, proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and readjust priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Team player excited to partner with and learn from colleagues across the business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
