About This Position:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the development, execution, and analysis of credit card acquisition tactics on a reoccurring basis. This position sits within the Acquisitions organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for developing strategies for credit card marketing campaigns via multiple marketing channels and based on strategic direction on product, positioning, pricing, and placement. The focus of these strategies is deepening and enhancing existing relationships with Chase customers. These strategies have broad impact and require an eye for offer strategy, customer experience, campaign process and execution, and data and analytics. This person will utilize their project management skill to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders. They will identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Enlisted/Junior Officer background with 4+ years of Military experience
- 0-5 years of separation from military service
- 1+ years of Demonstrated experience with organizational and operational readiness, strategic planning and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven execution skills with a strong risk and control mindset
- Organizational leadership experience preferred
