Role overview

The Social Media Manager, reporting to Communications Senior Director, is responsible for developing and building an influencer program that engages new and existing influencers to deeply understand Accolade’s value proposition and industry category, campaign design and execution, and reporting. This role will work closely with the Sr Social Media Specialist and Senior Manager of Communications, on intgregated storytelling, and with the People & Culture team on Glass Door and other community management projects.

Job Description

A day in the life…

• Build a robust influencer program, including curating and maintaining list of influencers​
• Implement strategies and tactics for engaging influencers on Accolade channels​
• Provide counsel to executives on growing influencer engagement on their channels​
• Develop and lead influencer campaigns integrated into broader marketing initiatives and communications strategies​
• Community management, including Glass Door long-term engagement plan along with People & Culture and Learning & Development co-chairs ​
• Establish and maintain key messages to guide brand handle responses​
• May own a Social Media Key Result as part of Accolade’s Objective & Key Results (OKR) Initiative
• Day to day Social Studio management (shared with senior specialist)

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in social media management and/or marketing
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple long term projects and the day-to-day hustle
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on any given project and collaborate across functions in the company
• Experience with creating an influencer program and engaging with influencers
• Adaptive and flexible and willing to move projects forward proactively
