Client Marketing
The role will help to create institutional storylines, targeted campaigns, and program strategies. This includes curating, developing, maintaining, and packaging content to support these strategies for both campaign and field use. This individual would partner extensively within marketing and with the client relationships organization to ensure program preparedness, integrity, and tracking. The individual will make recommendations to streamline content and process, help with project management and go-to-market activities on various internal and external initiatives, and help drive integration and adoption of best practice positioning and content. The role provides a great opportunity to build marketing skills and subject matter expertise to support future growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage development of key institutional client journeys.
  • Synthesize research, field and market information to inform client needs-based campaign themes and programs.
  • Partner across the organization on the development of B2B & B2B2C storylines, drive integration of key themes, and various key initiatives as needed.
  • Build and maintain a proof point library that supports identified themes.
  • Coordinate various aspects of the B2B campaign activity to help drive impact, integration, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Curate, develop and manage key tools used by Client Relationship teams with Institutional clients to help drive strategic discussions and growth. Includes partnering with the line of business, various product and service owners, creative services/agencies and compliance.
  • Create and document repeatable processes, create playbooks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:
  • Three plus years of experience in Marketing and/or Financial Services

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with execution of campaign management
  • Ability to work in cross functional matrix environment
  • Understand the campaigns channels and audience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong project management skills in Work front, JIRA, Seismic or any other similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Abode or any type of utilization or email service provider

Potential Salary: $92,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
