Medely is currently growing their Marketplace Operations Team! In this role as Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for ideating, building and growing our marketplace acquisition programs, and will have a direct hand in how we grow. You will build the marketing playbook, define our channel strategy, test growth levers and innovate on a daily basis (with a team of amazing coworkers). As the first marketing hire at Medely, your expertise will be a key driver to how our marketplace operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketplace Growth, you will be the first marketing hire, helping create the foundations of a growth marketing program at Medely, with opportunity to build and lead a team
  • Design and own our acquisition channels for our health care professionals through a deep understanding of our customer needs and behaviors
  • Implement and scale our lead / pipeline generation engine across our marketplace through testing, learning, and thoughtful execution
  • Create and deploy new customer acquisition programs in collaboration with the Clinical Operations and Marketplace Growth team
  • Own the acquisition channel vendor relationships
  • Forecast, measure, and analyst the impact of programs on the pipeline and marketplace growth, and present insights and recommendations regularly to leadership
  • Bringing a quantitative mindset to conduct deep dive analyses to understand root cause, identify blind spots, and drive optimization
  • Create corresponding content required for each of the acquisition channels
  • Partner with GTM teams by helping acquire supply via acquisition channels
  • Own and socialize the playbook for long term growth marketing

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, influencing media efficiency and conversion rates at a Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) technology, SaaS, or Marketplace company
  • Ability to write compelling content and think creatively 
  • Comfort with full funnel analytics and efficiency frameworks (e.g. LTV:CAC, ROI, conversion) and experience/ability to create a paid marketing budget
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and leverage data to drive solutions
  • High level of curiosity about the company and industry with the willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Bonus points: Marketplace background

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this role in Colorado is $100,000 to $120,000.

This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: equity, bonus, health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law. Connecticut, Ohio, Rhode Island, Nevada, NYC, Maryland and Washington all have compensation laws typically requiring that the compensation is disclosed after the first round of interviews.
