Marketplace Community Manager at ChowNow
As our LA Marketplace Community Manager, you will be directly responsible for
- Driving diner acquisition, activation and engagement in the local communities with the direct help of our restaurant partners
- Building and leading initiatives to enable the diner acquisition flywheels bottom-up from the ground by driving excitement among the local restaurant operator community
- Developing grass-roots programs, collateral, creative, messaging which authentically connects with the local community
- Developing a local events strategy to help engage the restaurant community
- Collaborating with the market sales teams to help guide them on how best to connect with the community
- Be the on-the-ground resource and partner for our local restaurants to help triage
- Own OKRs and KPIs for diner acquisition & engagement for your local community
- Significantly increasing ChowNow’s brand and product awareness among the local restaurant community
- With a series of programs and campaigns, help drive excitement for ChowNow’s mission of helping local restaurants thrive
- Building out our network of restaurant GM/operator community in your local community
- If successful, we will look for you to further scale this program with a collection of part-time/full-time team members
You Should Apply If:
- You have 7+ years of experience of working with restaurant owners, GMs etc.
- You are extremely passionate about food and restaurants
- You have experience leading strategic projects and demonstrating success via KPIs
- You are a highly organized project planner.
- You have a keen sense for what works, what scales, and what’s needed to drive successful marketing campaigns.
- You develop deep, cross-functional relationships built on trust.
- You have demonstrated success in campaign planning from research, to strategy, to execution.
- You have an ability to work independently with minimal supervision and cannot stand gaps in process, even when you are the first notice.
- You are highly analytical and have a knack for tracking and reporting marketing campaign results on a granular level.
- You are results driven, have strong attention to detail, are organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
