Job Title: Marketing Technologies Manager

Location: Remote, USA

Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking a Marketing Technologies Manager to serve as the lead system and process administrator in the Global Marketing department, handling all administrative and project management functions including implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Marketing systems and processes that drive departmental efficiency, including Kapost, Seismic, SharePoint and associated Agile processes and workflows. This hybrid position is additionally responsible for a high volume of website content updates in our CMS platform Sitefinity, and for helping to project manage, build and execute digital content projects, from design to deployment.

Candidate must be a problem solver, have a detail-oriented project management mindset, have excellent communication skills, be quality driven and able to consistently meet deadlines. Experience of operating in and managing work in an Agile team structure is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, adapting to shifting priorities, and being comfortable working within tight deadlines for a high volume of varied projects with different stakeholders. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Drives strategic design and maintenance of multiple marketing systems inclusive of complementary integrations, helping solve complex marketing operations challenges
  • Acts as an internal champion for applicable systems, leading projects to identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements to support daily activities that drive organizational efficiencies and sustainment
  • Consults with leadership and stakeholders to develop strategic roadmap for relevant tec
  • Accountable for gathering, translating, and analyzing requirements and data for business process development, presenting recommended solutions to Leadership. Documents functionality, and the stewards through any resulting development, testing, and validation in relevant systems
  • Provides education to other users for optimal system utility to increase adoption and use of relevant technologies.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of best practices, SOP documentation, and governance models for relevant technologies.
  • Manage multiple web content related projects, systems, schedules, deliverables and establish clear communication among team members and diverse company stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to maintain site quality, receive and deploy content to Sitefinity CMS. Manage, upload, and implement assets for all website environments
  • Troubleshoot and identify potential issues/opportunities within content, CMS, search, as well as fix and/or provide new ideas or solutions for resolution
  • Develops and maintain standards for web processes for content contributors.
  • Establish and manage Agile processes, creating Sprint governance and work prioritization/allocation.
  • Develops and automates weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and prepares ad hoc metric reports for leadership and functional teams to measure performance.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing project management / marketing operations and associated best practices required
  • 5+ years of web project management / web production experience required, including experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience of working in Agile methodologies and environment required


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience of project management platforms, such as Kapost, Workfront, JIRA etc required
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven work environments
  • Proven ability to influence, work, collaborate, and communicate concisely and clearly through multiple channels with global colleagues
  • High energy, self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Solid attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
