Job Description The Marketing Acquisitions Strategy team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably convert primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet across existing deposit customers.
We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven, innovative marketing leader, skilled at building and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to develop strategies including new content and other optimizations to improve organic search rankings across Consumer Bank assets. This initiative provides an opportunity to help strategize and execute a large-scale marketing initiative and will provide significant exposure across CB/CCB Marketing.
Key responsibilities include

  • Craft well-structured strategic marketing plans around organic search optimizations using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable results
  • Navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments to plan & execute through creative development, targeting and production
  • Work with analytics to understand performance, test result, etc.; utilize data and analytics to drive marketing decisions
  • Identify new opportunities to improve organic search rankings; assess performance and issues proactively and recommend enhancements
  • Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization
  • Lead reporting including financials and performance updates
  • Monitor and report on the competitive landscape including threats and opportunities

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Analytics, or Finance preferred
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably with expertise in digital
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
