Position Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Lead- Business Analytics within PNC's Customer Management area of the Decision Analytics & Research Group organization, you will be based within the PNC footprint in a remote capacity.
This position will be responsible for the development and management of 1:1 customer contact strategy. This role will focus on onboarding, transact/utilization and retention areas within the customer lifecycle in the Consumer and Business Banking group. Responsibilities include designing and managing cross-channel contacts to maximize customer growth utilizing our next best action engine. We are looking for an individual contributor who will work with a diverse group of business partners across lines of business to achieve customer growth business objectives that build the PNC brand and engage customers.
Qualifications: • 3-5 years of Marketing experience • Strong consultative/relationship management stills • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously • Analytical skills to use reports to develop insights and action plans • Fluent in Powerpoint to build presentations to demonstrate results and opportunities • Ability to present to upper management

Job Description
- Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
- Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
