Job Description The USWM Engagement & Deepening Marketing Strategy team will define the vision and develop an aggressive test & learn agenda to innovate and re-imagine how we engage with our existing clients. This person will partner with the Engagement team, product marketing strategy and key partners to launch key strategic marketing initiatives supporting multiple lines of businesses. A key focus of the team will be bringing to life a revamped onboarding experience and ongoing engagement campaigns --- all with the goal of driving value to our customers.
We are seeking an Associate that is highly motivated and passionate marketer to support the strategy development and execution of the customer engagement strategy. The Associate will be responsible for the creation, execution, socialization and insights of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven success executing and overseeing all aspects of project management and an awareness of digital and marketing innovation trends across channels.
They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a start-up feel, but benefit from the resources and strong brand reputation of a large stable company.
A successful candidate will be:
  • An engaged marketer who has experience across key marketing channels and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves
  • Takes ownership and pride in their work requiring them to own campaigns from end-to-end
  • Comfortable with data and identifying key insights to shape future marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in pulling together competitive insights and identifying key opportunities across customer journey
  • An innovative thinker who grounds their ideas in key insights (competitive, consumer, and business) and enjoys the working in a rapidly changing consumer environment
  • A collaborative partner who prioritizes developing strong relationships across the organization to create and execute marketing programs flawlessly
  • Highly organized and able to continuously prioritize and successfully drive progress across competing priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities include:
  • Support and launch new campaigns including product-feature awareness campaigns, market volatility and seasonal campaigns
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring multi-channel campaigns to life
  • Own campaigns from end to end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, build, execution and reporting
  • Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget

  • Prior experience in CRM/ Email marketing / digital marketing with a track-record of delivering business results through testing and deploying effective lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • A customer-obsessed marketer who leads with the voice of the customer. Committed to continuously learning and staying on top of the trends.
  • 3+ years of marketing, strategy and analytics experience. Preferably in Financial Services.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly curious
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a passion to continuously improve and learn
  • Ability to influence and build strong partnerships to drive execution and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and a self-starter who enjoys being part of an energic team and also able to effectively work independently
  • Bachelor's Degree required
