Position Summary

The marketing strategist is responsible for planning and executing B-to-B and B-to-C marketing plans and programs for Cassling (www.cassling.com), a business unit of CQuence Health Group. The Marketing Strategist works to build brand awareness, accelerate lead generation, and enhance customer experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Cassling marketing team to support digital marketing strategies and campaigns, product launches and customer programs.
  • Facilitate the development of thought leadership and lead gen content, creating inbound/outbound marketing material using data and storytelling to keep prospects engaged with our brands, services and products.
  • Plan and build automated marketing communications and workflows.
  • Manage inside sales lead gen program, including lead gen campaign strategy, scripting, project management, reporting and nurturing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key company stakeholders to understand business unit needs in order to develop campaigns and processes to drive growth opportunities.
  • Help develop and implement programs designed to improve the Cassling Customer Experience, including annual Rad Tech and Ultrasound campaigns.
  • Build and manage social media profiles and presence, including tracking and measurement on all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
  • Serve as a liaison to Sales team, including relationship management and market introductions; manage the sales enablement collateral repository.
  • Create product materials (direct mail, PPT, fliers, other collateral) to support sales teams.
  • Serve as marketing liaison to customers who purchase marketing services packages, including relationship management, content, project deliverables and measurement.
  • Collaborate with external partners/teams and adhere to approval processes, as applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent written communications skills.
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing automation tools and technologies (eg. Dynamics 365 CRM and Hubspot).
  • Experience managing and tracking social media-including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, Sprout Social or equivalent.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into user-friendly concepts and content.
  • Ability to interface with multiple functions and various personnel including C-suite to frontline employees.
  • Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Able to work independently at handling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Ability to research and interpret industry-related issues.
  • Proficient in Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in journalism, business, public relations, communications
    or related field required.
  • Two to five years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Company Requirements

  • Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy.
