About The Role:

This role sits inside our Talent Acquisition team and works to apply consumer marketing best practices to recruiting. While reporting into the Head of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing, you'll spend your time using your creativity and inspiration to brainstorm captivating marketing campaigns and then execute them using your graphic design and writing skills, without the help of an outside agency.

How you'll make a difference:
  • Work with various recruiting leaders and managers to support ongoing marketing strategies, campaigns, tactics, and events designed to speak to all audiences to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion is a cornerstone of all communication efforts and strategies.
  • Collate quarterly employee stories to weave together a quarterly newsletter publication designed to educate candidates about the organization in addition to sharing featured jobs.
  • Coordinate with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organization to support ongoing and ad-hoc needs that have a candidate audience.
  • Own and support ongoing talent attraction needs for segments and or lines of business via Omni channel campaigns.
  • Support your team and peers by coordinating approvals of video content and maintaining internal ownership of third party video tool that allows for simple and quick employee videos to be captured and deployed.
  • Measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, ensuring we maximize our ROI on all recruitment marketing efforts.

About you:
  • BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent degree.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in developing marketing content for digital and offline channels without relying on an agency.
  • Extremely strong writing and storytelling skills with experience writing for various audience types.
  • Graphic design skills - intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud with the ability to use and self-learn new tools.
  • Some experience with the science of marketing - analytics, tracking, and metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that can explain your marketing ideas simply and thoughtfully to various audiences.


Bonus Skills:
  • Prior employer brand experience.
  • Prior digital agency experience.
  • Video production experience.


For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $83,400 - $139,000, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
