The Retention Strategy Marketing Specialist assists with overall cross functional retention strategy and planning. Ongoing reporting on business performance indicators and identifying areas of concern. This person will monitor and report on retention program results, create internal reports highlighting key performance metrics, and evaluate business data to identify areas of opportunity for improvement. The Retention Strategy Marketing Specialist will also partner with CB Analytics and CSBI teams to identify pertinent sources of information and data.
What You'll Do

• Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and implications.
• Responsible for monthly readout highlighting prior month retention metrics and customer experience survey data.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver information clearly, effectively, and accurately across both verbal and written platforms.
• Measure and evaluates retention program effectiveness and provides feedback and reporting to marketing team and senior management to ensure optimal growth and maximize revenues.
• Maintain a current list of dashboards and data availability. Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics team to enhance and improve current dashboard functionality and data availability. Identify opportunities including churn triggers, new analytical learnings, etc.
• Assist with development of annual retention marketing plan
• Partner with pricing to evaluate and report on pricing and promotional initiatives to ensure our retention strategies both save customers and have solid ROI
• Execute problem-solving skills and judgment related to projects
• Efficient and timely completion of projects

Who You Are
Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2years'experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a Master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
• Strong analytical acumen and proven history of acquiring the right data, analyzing, taking action, and measuring success.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage own time to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver information clearly, effectively, and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
