The Retention Programs Marketing Specialist assists with day-to-day management of campaign activities to drive execution of retention programs.
What You'll Do

  • Assist with the development and execution of existing proactive and reactive retention programs to mitigate churn and improve the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular call listening from sales teams and retention programs and provide relevant and actionable feedback to support business growth and progress.
  • Assist with Onboarding Initiatives to address and reduce new customer pain points, improve customer experience, and drive activation of CB MyAccount and full product portfolio
  • Measure and evaluate retention program effectiveness and provides feedback and reporting to marketing team and senior management to ensure optimal growth and maximize revenues.
  • Assist with overall cross functional retention strategy and planning.
  • Assist with the development of test plans for initiatives and campaigns that drive retention optimization.
  • Partner with Campaign Management and marketing team to manage targeting
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver information clearly, effectively, and accurately across both verbal and written platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages in the project life cycle.
  • Determine the needs and expectations of projects and then confirm these with leadership and stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and track project status and deliverables
  • Efficient and timely completion of projects
  • Execute problem-solving skills and judgment related to projects
  • Present content as needed

Who You Are
Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years 'experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a Master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage own time to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
  • Requires strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal, collaborative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel


Preferred

  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Creative design skills a plus


USD 57,800.00 - 86,800.00 per year
