Highlights:
As the Marketing Segmentation Manager, you drive sales by identifying the right target audience segments for our products and services. You excel at developing effective campaign targeting and segmentation through detailed data analysis and recommendations for program optimization. You focus on analyzing data from internal and external sources, including client relationship management (CRM), contact database, marketing automation, first-party behavioral, third parties and predictive modeling. You improve marketing efforts by presenting findings and making recommendations for testing and optimization.
You enrich contact data by managing, coordinating and prioritizing list intake requests between the marketing managers and the market analysis team. You manage the contact acquisition data program, test the robustness of information and make data recommendations to select the appropriate vendors to support marketing initiatives. You thrive in an office environment while supporting marketing campaigns across the organization. You report to the Director of Reporting and Analytics for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to enhance and simplify the client experience.
- Support marketing initiatives by collaborating with business leaders to determine target and segmentation strategies.
- Increase sales by strategizing and implementing applicable programs and analyzing campaign performance across key metrics.
- Maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness by tracking response and conversion, creating a budget, and comparing return on investment (ROI) to cost per connect.
- Expand industry knowledge by communicating with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other experts.
- Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Five or more years of marketing experience.
- Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations.
- Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage all phases of a large project independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- History of working with all levels of an organization while showing sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
- Expert at making recommendations and managing and fostering change.
- Confident when presenting complex information at the executive level.
- Solid attention to detail balanced with a focus on the client using honesty, integrity and ethics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Five or more years of database marketing and marketing analytics experience in a B2B environment.
- Solid analytical background and analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience in the use of data mining, data analysis, business intelligence and visualization tools.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Familiar with Datorama, SQL and Alteryx.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua or other sales/marketing automation tools.
- Expert in segmentation or classification techniques.
- Experience identifying, selecting and managing vendor relationships and performance.
- Understanding of client data platforms (CDP).
- Prior telecommunications or cable industry experience.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
- Master's degree in analytics or a related field (preferred).
