Job Description
Position Summary

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the organization of marketing efforts utilized by Offerpad. This individual will own the journey map, create new journeys, adjust existing, remove out of use, and more. The Marketing Project Manager is platform-agnostic but will need a functional understanding of the current digital marketing landscape, including Performance marketing such as paid search and social, email, SEO and community management, site, and more. They will ensure that projects align to specific customer segmentation, messaging, intended actions, and channels to deliver that tailored marketing program to Offerpad's customers. This role will also collaborate with business leaders outside of marketing to help drive and accomplish the Company's sales and marketing goals.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains a single source of truth for all customer journeys, including visualizations, copy, and more.
  • Understands the customer-level impact of various strategies and tactics through reporting, testing, and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to improve the marketing process.
  • Works across multiple platforms within a day, including email, ads, content, and more.
  • Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to ensure all necessary marketing capabilities and features are appropriately prioritized and implemented.
  • Works with performance marketing, SEO, editorial, and greater marketing teams to ensure all marketing items are on task and correctly being managed
  • Keeps pace with growth, marketing, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.



Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or the equivalent in job related experience.
  • 2+ years marketing or project management experience, agency or in-house.
  • In-depth experience with standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with at least one ESP (Marketo, MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Proficient with at least one CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Square Space)
  • Ability to show successful execution of customer journey planning and management (be ready to discuss specific projects without confidential information).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments with a statistical understanding.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best Growth and search marketing practices.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Consistently displays sound judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and ethics in behavior.
  • Displays effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
  • Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Previous real estate experience a plus
