Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in communicating the compelling story of Ricoh's business services to target market segments. This rolewill create market strategies to includevalue proposition, messaging, plans and promotions for new and existingproducts and services at Ricoh. This position plans and executes services tactical strategies that include digital marketing, events, conferences, speaking engagements, thought leadership, and sales engagement, etc. to reach the target buyers for a specific product or service.They will also have strong collaboration with their partners in MarketingCommunications and Channel Marketing to execute plans and support the message to the appropriate sales teams.

• Market engagement:
• Create, manage, and execute the marketing strategy: digital marketing, content marketing, social media, sales communications, events and lead nurture/demand generation.
• Create and ensure execution ofthe marketing plan including market approach, advertising, market promotion, value proposition, messaging and proof points.
• Plan and take part in the launch of new products and services• Champion compelling omni channel campaigns for respective product and service
• Analyze market trends, assimilate market research• Positioning and messaging:
• Develop messaging and marketing positioning that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.• Educate both internal and external stakeholders aboutour services offering benefits and capabilities. (Target customers, RTBs, purchase drivers, buying cycles, Personas etc.). • Plan the delivery of this message through multiple channels, including digital and sales enablement approaches.
• Develop and champion ABM strategies to promote products and services into target accounts• Customer facing content:
• Create contentin collaboration with market communications team (e.g. sales enablement documentation, brochures, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) to articulate our value proposition, the benefits of our productsand unique selling proposition.
• Engage and communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
• Educate both internal and external stakeholders aboutthe benefits of the products and services.
• Write briefs, proposals, presentations, and copyfor products and services.
• Collaboration:
• Work with the cross functional resources necessary for successful launches and GTM, field execution, and campaign success: product and portfolio teams, US and Canadian Marketing Teams and Sales.
• Create, maintain and execute marketing calendars, budgets, and manage projects effectively and on time.

Act as a liaison with the digital marketing function, the field sales marketing function, events management, communications management, portfolio marketing function, and other key areas. • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors• Marketing Programs:
• Build and monitor marketing programs to support and achieve specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan; including impact on leads, conversions, sales and retention.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes• Track and report on the success of their marketing programs, as well as adjust future plans to constant improve their success.
• Set and achieve goals and KPIs for all activities: revenue, opportunities, MQLs, CPC, CTR, brand metrics, etc.
• Monitor and identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints• Manage program budgets
• Other duties, as assigned
