Construction is growing, and Trimble Viewpoint is looking for an energetic Marketing Project Manager to join the team! In this new role, you will be at the center of the team, and work closely with each part of the marketing organization, including: Content, Demand Generation, Design, Website/SEO, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and PR teams. You will coordinate projects that include multiple teams, take time to understand current needs and processes, and keep projects on track by holding the team accountable! You'll take a critical look at our processes and think creatively about ways to make them more efficient.

You're proactive and assertive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with many different stakeholders. You're not afraid to step up and take charge, and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities. This position reports to our Content Manager as key part of our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager, and familiarity with digital marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone with PM experience looking for a career in marketing. We're growing fast, and opportunities abound!
Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the operational processes of the marketing department, and look for ways and opportunities to improve efficiency and support the team
• Create and update process documents
• Assisting with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, researching causes of bugs in order to correct processes.
• Cleansing, enriching and uploading prospect lists from various events.
• Respond to requests from demand gen, customer marketing, product marketing, sales, HR and other teams and departments
• Learn and absorb the construction industry and their diverse needs and challenges
• Work with the web team to ensure that content is properly placed and distributed
• Use digital tools to measure and analyze content performance and make recommendations for future content planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related liberal arts field, plus 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager; OR 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a business unit within a large organization
• Excellent communication skills, follow-through, and ability to take initiative
• Ability to think broadly and creatively as part of a diverse team
• Comfortable working in a tech-first environment with technology-enabled workflows
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing;

Preference given to candidates with Project Manager certification, experience working in a digital marketing function, and/or experience working for a software organization.
