Manage workflow and scheduling of team from deliverables start to close, including:
  • Set and communicate priorities for Marketing Services and Design for deliverables across all products managed by team, in collaboration with directors and VP.
  • Manage workflows and deadlines to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Supervise and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to colleagues and senior management as needed.
  • Run status meetings and maintain notes to keep all team members and collaborators advised.
  • Manage product marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate.

Basic requirements:
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills

Preferred requirements:
  • Familiarity with edtech or literacy space
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or multimedia production
