Overview

Join the CG Advertising team as a Marketing & Project Manager. Be the connective tissue between marketing channels to ensure holistic campaign integration to drive best possible customer marketing experiences and business performance. This role is unique, as it will provide an opportunity to further build omni-channel marketing skills and expertise on an award-winning marketing team. The Marketing & Project Manager will lead by coordinating both projects and campaigns across channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is customer obsessed and is a rock star at organization and helping teams execute plans. The Marketing & Project Manager will have a passion for improving both processes and campaigns and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment with multiple stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • A./B.S. in Communications, Marketing, similar disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of channel marketing experience in one or more of the following (Display, Mobile, Social, Affiliate, SEO, PPC, or Brand Advocacy)
  • Superb project management skills (Project Management Certification a plus)
  • Clear communicator, problem solver, and fast learner
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships
  • Prior advertising agency experience a plus



How you will lead

  • X-Channel Campaign Coordination: In partnership with the Director of Marketing, lead coordination of new cross-channel requests. This includes clear articulation of the customer or business problem, mapping out the approach, coordinating with subject matter experts and channel leads, creating templates that can be updated asynchronously, clearly communicating what is expected from each stakeholder, recommending the best data-backed course of action including any risks or tradeoffs, driving to get alignment from contributors, managing approval chain, and once approved, ensuring execution and post campaign summaries.
  • Ad Team Internal Marketing Calendar: Manage the Ad Team calendar and provide weekly updates on status, what is to come (the work internally and what's going live externally) and decisions to be made so the right information is available and organized for timely prioritization and decision making
  • Integrated Media Plan & Partner Coordination: Partner with the Brand Team Project Manager and PMO to seamlessly execute shared media executions across the Integrated Media Campaign. Drive meeting coordination with Media Partners and oversee onboarding of new agency partner team members.
  • X-Channel Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and insights to unlock game-changing strategies
  • Coordinate x-channel tests, insights and implications across channels and CG brands. Drive experimentation in our internal process to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Own coordination of ongoing channel tests and sharing strategic insights. Host x-team brainstorming sessions and translate to action plans.
  • Strategic Growth Initiative Support: Partner with strategic growth initiatives x-channel leaders and report out status, including key accomplishments, barriers, and strategic insights.
  • Develop Omni-channel Internal Content and Best Practices for Learning & Development: Drive ongoing Marketing & Comms Playbook Updates, coordinate x-channel for monthly newsletter content to showcase the team's work and elevate overall marketing subject matter expertise.
  • Assist channel managers with marketing budgets: Includes managing various advertising POs, including adding new vendors, submitting accruals, and ongoing coordination of spend in partnerships with channel leads and finance
