The Project Lead will work closely with Marketing Director and Design Manager to maintain a high-level of productivity with the marketing team as well as help with company brand initiatives. This includes serving as the point of contact for urgent requests, assist in executing various brand-related tasks, maintain Wrike, and participate in a variety of meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the point of contact for urgent design requests
• There are typically 3-5 urgent requests per week. The goal is to accommodate that request as best we can within reason. First, get an understanding of what they need and determine if we have a designer available to accommodate the request without moving other tasks. Determine if a less-urgent task can move to make space for this.
• Sometimes, all a Marketing Manager needs is a file added to Static. That is something that can be done without involving a designer.
• Assist in the coordination of the company brand initiatives
• Help create and organize inventory spreadsheets
• Add projects and tasks into Wrike
• Assist in file sharing and archiving
• Coordinate with our vendors
• Update and maintain the project management tool, Wrike
• Add and remove new team members
• Update blueprints/templates as needed
• Assign projects to designers
• Coordinate with designers and team members to keep workflow on track
• Participates in design team meetings, brand initiative meetings, Wrike-related meetings, and project kick-off calls
• Have a deep understanding of our filing system and naming convention
• Other duties as assigned
