Reports to: Manager, Commercial Marketing

Vidyard is looking for a resourceful and organized Marketing Programs Manager to join our high-performance marketing team! In this role we are looking for someone who has a track record of creating and executing effective marketing programs that drive results, working with both internal and external teams, reporting & optimizing on programs, and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.

You are a master program manager that loves building relationships and working with internal and external groups. Not only that, but you’re well organized, able to stay on task with multiple priorities, communicate Vidyard’s value as a solution and a partner effectively, and stay on top of the latest marketing trends.

As our Marketing Programs Manager you will: 

  • Plan and execute strong marketing programs to drive pipeline/revenue
  • Design and operationalize a strategy for GTM alignment with our partners
  • Work with various internal and external teams to create messaging and communications that align with demand generation goals
  • Measure performance of marketing programs and assess against goals
  • Build relationships with a range of Vidyard partners and vendors to run co-marketing programs that drive aligned demand

To be an effective team member, you will have:

  • Possess a university degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a project / program manager in B2B software
  • Hands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
  • Experience working closely with sales and alliances teams
  • Understand marketing, sales, and business processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
