Marketing Program Manager
About the roleÂ
In this role you will work with a large cross functional team that is responsible for building and managing marketing programs and tactics across brand and paid marketing teams. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will define, plan and execute medium to large complex marketing programs. This is a detail-oriented, cross functional role that requires a unique combination of marketing experience, project management, and communication skills.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Manage multiple active and upcoming projects end-to-end by defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables. You'll track progress, understand requirements, and communicate status to project partners.
- Collaborate with leads to understand the strategic plan and program requirements, support the development of, and deliver a diverse range of marketing deliverables and assets
- Effectively prioritize and manage a large volume of program tactics
- Ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and company quality standards
- Facilitate and encourage adoption of business processes and best practices
To thrive in this role, you have
- 5+ years of marketing operations or program management experience at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand.Â
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment is a must—you are a self-starter who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a proven track record of delivering results even when faced with organizational ambiguity.
- The ability to stay well organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction. You have a proven track record in getting stuff done.
- A passion for details: proactively managing calendars and seeking out information.
- Excellent problem solving skills. You have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines.
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
- Ability to communicate with and give direction to designers, freelancers, agencies and other cross-functional partners.
