We are looking for a Marketing Productivity and Planning Director.
You are an organizer, a soundboard, a driver of growth and positive change - and an experienced marketing generalist who can work across the team (and company) to devise both long-term and real-time operational plans to impact the performance of the whole.
A Day In Your Life
You will help to ensure program integration, efficiencies, best practices, communication and collaboration across all disciplines of marketing
- Oversee major projects that require "outside the norm" ownership as well as contributing to those that need consultative support (examples: Localization and Geo Expansion marketing models, Wrike logic, Marketing QBRs)
- Act as officer of team metrics evaluation, understanding and attainment
- Ensure engaging, accurate, timely reporting for weekly, monthly, annual and investor needs
- Point for departmental tools and analytics
- Matrix management of Marketing Ops to be able to represent pipeline standings and contribution and raise any flags as needed
- Participate in Augury onboarding as a marketing presenter, All-Hands planning and creativity around engaging the team
- Determine team cadences for communications and meetings
- Work with VP to progress team development plans for continued inspiration and education
- Work with Field and Sales to manifest Quarterly Plans
- Help maintain a healthy and happy departmental culture
What You Bring
- 7+ years in enterprise global marketing
- Action oriented, undaunted by hyper-growth and can build, navigate and prioritize as necessary to execute successfully
- Great partner and communicator
- Ability to manage up, down and sideways and know how to motivate and influence all levels of stakeholders
- Have an eye for design and an aptitude for data - you can read contracts and negotiate with the best
- Have a general understanding of and interest in new industries, verticals and geographies
- Manage and mentor in a way that fosters creative thinking, collaborative action, pride in accountability, and a great work environment
- An unbreakable appreciation for the sales/marketing dynamic - and constant desire to create the best conditions for celebrating it
