MARKETING PLATFORMS ADMINISTRATOR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Marketing Platform Administrator owns the overall management and execution of Marketing Platforms, such as Workfront and Seismic. This includes administration, configuration upgrades and governance. They are the primary point of contact for all platform users. The position reports to the Marketing Operations department. The Administrator understands the framework of the system and how it can best utilized to maximize the end-user experience and effectiveness for the organization. The Administrator must have a deep understanding and experience with the system and possess the required technical skills to execute all aspects of the system. S/he must have the ability to create reports and dashboards that help identify resource capacity, recommend process improvements and make strategic recommendations based on the data. S/he must possess strong communication skills and be a strong collaborator in order to facilitate change management. The Administrator must be a critical thinker who can quickly identify and make required system changes. Familiarity and experience with an agile approach is imperative.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collect system requirements and assess marketing processes to build and configure the most efficient system.
- Configure system objects (custom forms, landing pages, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.).
- Test configured objects and support deployment efforts and plan deployments.
- Provide best practice guidance.
- Facilitate training, including on-boarding new colleagues, system upgrades and new configurations.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and others throughout the bank. Must be able to communicate with senior leadership and executives as appropriate.
- Perform daily system administration duties and activities for the platform.
- Support Platform technical issues and solutions for the organization.
- Provides recommendations to improve existing platform and identifies and resolves potential application issues.
- Oversee and coordinate upgrades to existing applications and patch management to ensure minimal disruption to users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
- Monitor system back-ups, ensure back-ups are completed as necessary. Perform disaster recovery on the system as needed.
- Triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents according to standard operating procedures related to the platform.
- Perform other related duties and projects at direction of management.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Minimum 5 years of Workfront or Seismic Administration experience. Experience implementing and configuring the platforms across different department environments.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of training experience
- Minimum 4 years working in Financial Services, banking preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field of study, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
