We are looking for a skilled Marketing Optimization Manager to increase performance and deliver engaging experiences on marketing landing pages and public facing web properties.


At Assurance we have millions of site visitors and in this new role you will build upon our solid marketing foundation, working across business lines, improving our testing process, owning a testing roadmap, and reporting results to key stakeholders.


You are passionate about driving results while improving UX and understand the nuances of on-site behavior and decision-making. You have a good sense for strategies that lead to user engagement and conversion. You understand the technology and can read the data having a track-record of steadily improving marketing funnels over time.


This is an individual contributor role, collaborating with others to achieve goals, excellent teamwork is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide conversion strategy and guidance on new direct marketing landing pages and forms
  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods to identify and propose opportunities to improve performance
  • Partner with business, design, and product teams to increase conversion rates on lead generation forms
  • Build a testing cadence and methodology for tracking results
  • Audit our current landing pages and forms
  • Identify experiential gaps and disconnected user flows
  • Work with stakeholders to plan, track, and report the outcomes of split tests
  • Provide conversion support to other company departments as needed 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conversion optimization role
  • Solid understanding of direct response marketing and SEO
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Creative, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze test result data
