About the team
Our team reports to a Director, Business Unit Manager I. Our line of business is part of a broader B2B division that is highly strategic and visible within FIS. You will be part of a team that supports the booming payments industry, and we work with some of the newest technologies that impact the daily lives of our friends and family
What you will be doing
- You will on-board and train new Zelle clients on marketing programs and compliance.
- You will manage marketing portal requests and campaigns.
- Provide project management and content development to drive user enrollment and transactions. (Sweepstakes, Payments Edge, other).
- Provide project management and content development to drive product campaigns (Mass enablement, sales, etc.)
- Coordinate with corporate marketing and other external marketing resources to help support the LOB generate sales leads and increase market awareness.
- Maintain project schedules across multiple delivery channels, i.e., webinars, direct mail and FIS websites.
- Maintain brand and corporate consistency in all marketing strategies.
- Assist in cross-company marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing literature.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience
- 2+ years in a client facing role
- Strong written and oral communication skills with professional demeanor
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 1-2+ years’ experience using audio/visual presentation/collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams)
- 1+ years’ experience coordinating webinars
- Understanding of market analysis, planning, development, and management
- Knowledge of product marketing, as well as company policies and practices
- Working knowledge of project management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors and processes to achieve desired outcomes)
- Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
- Proficiency in conducting presentations through WebEx (or similar platform)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in operating independently
