The Opportunity
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Route you’ll work in tandem with the Revenue Operations team to ensure B2B Marketing is able to make data driven decisions and that their campaigns are given the best chance of success. Through marketing tech stack administration and setting marketing processes you’ll become a critical part of helping B2B Marketing to drive merchant acquisition.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in managing and maintaining marketing tech stack (Hubspot, MadKudu, Bizible)
- Create forms, lists, emails, and automation to facilitate needs across marketing campaigns.
- Iterate on marketing data structure to have better visibility into marketing success and points of failure.
- Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance.
- Evaluate new technologies in conjunction with your manager to improve and optimize marketing and sales performance
What we are looking for:
- Previous working experience working in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations
- Minimum 1-year of experience working in Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, or another MAP.
- Exposure to Marketing data and Marketing analytics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work cross functionally
Pay Transparency:
Salary for this role: $77,000 - $107,000 Base + Bonus DOE
The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
