Marketing Operations Specialist, DocSend (Location Flexible)
Role Description
As DocSend’s Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing the Marketing Team’s initiatives to life - from planning with stakeholders, through reporting on results. The ideal candidate will have a curious mind when it comes to learning new technologies, and a sharp attention to detail when launching new campaigns. This role reports to DocSend’s Sales/Marketing Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance for all DocSend communications. You will be the final approver for most marketing comms and landing pages that are released to the public.
- Build new campaigns and data flows within DocSend’s various marketing systems. This includes setting up new automation workflows, attribution, etc.
- Partner with stakeholders from across the Marketing team (and occasionally the Sales, Account Management, and Support teams) to create new segmentation and reports.
- Audit key data workflows to ensure all Marketing Operations processes are running smoothly.
- Investigate and repair any issues that arise within our marketing systems
- Create documentation for both existing and new Marketing Operations processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role or 2+ years using Marketing Automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
- Proven track record of of developing and launching backend of marketing campaigns
- Experience using basic formulas within Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Aptitude for working with data to gather insights and inform decision-making
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn the ins-and-outs of new marketing tools and technologies
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects
