Job Description
You thrive building new marketing planning processes that support the needs of multiple teams across a rapidly growing business as well as enjoy tracking the day-to-day needs of the team to ensure execution partners can support a changing book of work. JP Morgan Wealth Management is hiring a Senior Associate to support its growing marketing organization. Reporting into the Executive Director, Capacity, Planning, and Next Gen Technology, this new position is responsible for helping to build and execute new planning processes that track and communicate the Marketing book of work to impacted teams across the enterprise.
You will sit at the hub of the Marketing Department and Technology/Delivery functions across the firm, creating a model to ensure that we have the right teams in place to support Marketing's agenda.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping to build and maintain a robust marketing planning process that clearly articulates strategic priorities and tactical book of work.
  • Helping to create a model that allows marketing delivery teams to quickly adjust to changing priorities within the marketing book of work.
  • Tracking changes to the book of work, ensuring all downstream teams can support.
  • Helping to support the continual improvement of the planning process over time - shorten planning cycles, improve flexibility.

    • Analytics
    • Audience Targeting
    • Test Design
    • Email execution
    • Owned Ads
    • Creative Center of Excellence


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 5+ years of project management required
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement
  • Advanced excel skills required, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
  • This position is 60% in office 40% work from home


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 4-year college degree
