Our Marketing team is looking for a bright mind to join us as a Marketing Operations Manager . As an orchestrator of automation and process, you know how to keep the big picture in sight while fine-tuning all of the details that help make the team's efforts sing. You understand the importance of both operational efficiency and resiliency, are happy to collaborate across departments to discover the best solution, and understand how to support it all with data.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ YOU WILL
    • Support Marketing Operations, including all processes that drive the sourcing of Prospects, automated qualification of Prospects to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), assignment of MQLs to Sales, and tracking downstream conversion (sales stages, closed/won). You support the back-end of marketing lead management (form capture, automation, routing, alerts, etc), ensuring the highest quality leads are worked immediately and no leads are left behind.
    • Serve as an expert resource for Immuta's MarTech stack including Pardot, Google Analytics, Drift, ZoomInfo, and other tools. You will optimize the tech we have in place, recommend replacements/alternatives, implement new technologies, and ensure our marketing platform is functioning at high efficiency. You provide the operational support required for our marketing team to reach its goals .
    • Partner closely with the Growth Marketing team to help expand and optimize demand generation by documenting the lead journey / lifecycle, implementing new technology and tools to improve lead generation and capture, and developing marketing automation to improve lead qualification / scoring.
    • Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and our SDR team to ensure continuity of processes and a frictionless hand-off between Marketing (Pardot) and Sales/Partner teams (Salesforce.com).
    • Serve as a steward of our Marketing Data, ensuring data quality, data compliance, and data governance. You will work with our Growth Analytics team to ensure all marketing info can be leveraged for reporting and analytics.
    • Be a data democratization champion. Assist the Growth Analytics team to develop new dashboards and reports that put actionable insights in front of our team and make recommendations to improve marketing performance.

QUALIFICATIONS/ WE VALUE
    • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ in marketing technology and operations.
    • Proven track record of supporting marketing technology and advanced operational processes to improve marketing performance and drive revenue growth.
    • Experience bringing technology, process and data together to help modern B2B marketing teams become data-driven growth engines.
    • Exposure to and practical experience with B2B marketing platforms that ensure each marketing dollar spent can be tracked to understand how it sources or influences sales pipeline and revenue.
    • A marketing automation pro. You're familiar with modern B2B marketing automation suites and have hands-on experience with one or more of the market leaders (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.), ideally with a concentration in Pardot and Salesforce. You've had experience collaborating on cross-departmental projects, from project scoping to execution to feedback.
    • A self-starter who is capable of independently executing initiatives and working with external resources.
    • Experience with documenting workflows and processes both graphically and in words.
    • Someone who is comfortable rolling-up your sleeves and mucking around in the data to troubleshoot problems as you are in helping the business articulate requirements.
    • Understanding & appreciation of data privacy and the ethical use of data.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
