As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Demand Generation. You will manage the marketing tech stack to ensure we have the platforms and processes in place to attract, convert, nurture, and optimize a pipeline of high-quality contacts. You will also manage pipeline and conversion reporting.
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain marketing technology stack; set up integrations, automations, and perform optimization and reporting
- Own the systems and processes for marketing automation and demand generation campaign management, lead routing, and data integration
- Maintain the health of the lead database; perform optimization tasks including data cleansing like removing duplicates, old, inactive and out-of-compliance leads
- Partner with Sales Operations to implement a model and process for passing high quality leads to Cloud Advisors
- Develop and deploy behavior and event-triggered email communications that utilize dynamic content tied to HubSpot with greater degrees of segmentation and personalization
- Manage lead scoring system and implementation
- Track, analyze and report on performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI and others
- Assist in HubSpot health checkups, including proper functioning and optimization of emails, landing pages, Database, CoE templates, Folder structures, and Campaign flows
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards on the platform and provide insights on results
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines (GDPR, etc) and best practices for all outbound and inbound programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing campaigns across paid digital and offline channels, social, SEM for B2B organizations
- Experience developing and executing demand campaign strategy and plans to support marketing priorities and meet campaign goals, including pipeline generation
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance and associated spend
- Experience with Account-based marketing platforms
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required within 1 year of employment)
