The Flexe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Flexe team and own the MarTech stack for the company. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and will work to build and maintain processes and a reporting structure to ensure we meet our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical, communication and technical skills and should possess a natural curiosity for how the industry and business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Own, build and refine the marketing tech stack and data integrations
  • Implement campaigns and report on their effectiveness
  • Build drip campaigns, nurture flows & automation rules in Pardot
  • Work with internal stakeholders to build and segment target lists
  • Develop consistent reporting cadences for campaigns and quarterly results
  • Leverage Salesforce dashboards and/or Pardot reports to visually communicate progress against department goals
  • Work with Salesforce Admins to ensure data is flowing consistently and accurately
  • Work cross functionally to gather campaign assets
  • Enable the marketing team with data to inform our approach to campaigns
  • Research and suggest new tools and solutions to better manage data and processes
  • Continually research, learn and recommend marketing automation best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years experience being the admin of marketing automation systems
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation technologies, preferably Pardot 
  • Knowledge of Terminus or other B2B, account based marketing platforms
  • Experience understanding and leveraging data from multiple sources to build actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines with stakeholders
  • Desire to seek constant improvements and growth
  • Relevant BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified in Pardot or similar marketing automation tool
  • Previous supply chain or logistics experience
  • Experience in a B2B technology organization
