About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join Lattice’s Marketing team. This is an opportunity to make an impact on a team that is agile, growing quickly and making a tangible difference in how people work across the globe.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and partner closely with Lattice’s marketing team leaders to deliver results and help the company achieve its mission. In collaboration with Lattice’s marketing and sales teams, the Marketing Operations Manager will design campaign processes and workflows, further our marketing automation system, ensure lead hand-off to Sales, identify areas for process optimization, help us make strategic investments in our tech stack, and support key initiatives like ABM. As a liaison between the marketing ops and revenue ops teams, you will play an important role in shaping our technology stack and architecture for years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Understand marketing processes, data definitions as well as the big picture and be responsible for educating others through documentation and communication
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • Manage day-to-day operations by providing campaign support & coordinating directly with cross-functional groups to ensure the best possible marketing user experience
  • Work with stakeholders to templatize, develop and refine workflows to enable program creation and management
  • Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness, campaign ROI, and other marketing programs. Develop and implement AB testing to improve demand generation initiatives.
  • Formalize marketing data acquisition, data quality, account segmentation, nurture workflow qualification, manage lead scoring methods, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations/automation/technology role
  • 2+ years experience of Marketo Admin experience
  • Passionate about enabling your teammates
  • Creative thinker with strong technical skills and a knack for deconstructing and solving complex problems
  • Marketing Automation Expert (Implementation, Integrations, Management, Best Practices)
  • SFDC experience (understanding standard objects & sync rules)
