Why we’re hiring
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us accelerate our growth through operational excellence. This person will have full ownership of the marketing automation function and be responsible for overseeing how we showcase marketing’s contribution to the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage day to day operations of our marketing tech stack including Marketo and Google Analytics
- Work with our Admin to manage marketing integrations, processes and reporting in Salesforce
- Implement and manage a multi-touch attribution platform and reporting process
- Ensure that our marketing tech stack optimally supports overall marketing objectives; make recommendations to increase productivity or effectiveness
- Build out SFDC campaigns and marketo programs for all demand generation and client marketing initiatives
- Analyze and refine existing lead score algorithm and sales alert process to surface the most optimal leads/contacts and accounts for sales outreach
- Drive improvement of programs through advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
- Generate monthly and quarterly ROI and efficiency reports on marketing spend by channel, campaign, and client type
- Evaluate new solutions for our tech stack as necessary, working with marketing, IT, sales operations and other stakeholders
- Strategize and identify projects to enhance marketing maturity and efficiency
- Support ad-hoc needs across marketing
Who we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations role
- Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience building campaigns and dashboards in SFDC
- Advanced analytical skills using excel or google sheets to aggregate data, generate reports, and identify trends
- A good understanding of how to deliver results of an experiment and to communicate the overall impact to department heads
