Does this sound like you? nTopology is hiring for a Marketing Operations Manager. We are looking for a highly-motivated and savvy digital marketer who can help us grow our rapidly-expanding business. The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for creating and deploying the strategy and tactics that fuel our automated marketing programs, driving new customer acquisition, fostering customer onboarding and success initiatives, and developing value-add campaigns that educate and engage our customers. This role will have high-touch interactions with sales ops, demand generation, content marketing, and customer success teams.


This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as both administrator of our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and as marketing admin for our CRM (Salesforce), with a strong focus on data quality, data governance, and elegant design with a strong bias toward automation
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to build strong interconnectivity between the Sales and Marketing technology stacks, bridging key tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Chili Piper, Qualified, 6Sense, and Salesloft.
  • Own the Marketing organization’s technology stack, maintaining a high bar for tech interoperability and data portability
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to develop automation to facilitate the onboarding of prospective customers/new users into nTopology.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and sales leaders to define and implement standard operating procedures and SLAs to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
  •  Manage lead scoring, nurture, and the automation of the lead funnel workflow, driving to MQLs, opportunities, and closed won deals.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of nTopology’s email marketing programs, developing tailored communications across key personas through the full customer journey.
  • Support marketing analytics initiatives by furthering our first/last touch attribution models and evaluating opportunities to evolve to multi-touch attribution.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new additions to the marketing technology stack, such as website chatbot, ABM platform, intent data, etc.

Who You Are

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) with at least 3-4 years experience as an administrator.
  • Experience as an administrator (or light admin) of Salesforce or similar CRM
  •  Knowledgeable in developing, iterating, and deploying lead scoring models.
  • Experience in creating and deploying effective life-cycle email and inbound campaigns.
  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Thrives in a fast pace and adaptable environment.
  • Insatiable curiosity, strong problem solver, and a good storyteller.

The salary is 130k a year.
