Marketing Operations Manager
Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network.
The Marketing Operations Manager is, at its core, an enablement role. This critical function enables the rest of the department to operate efficiently and deliver on objectives through people, processes, technology, and data. Marketing Operations will serve as a core function for marketing, providing cross-functional coordination, communications, and accurate performance reporting on channels and campaigns. Marketing operations is what will keep our department's effort together and enable us to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
*Project Planning & Management
-Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they are completed with a high degree of quality, on time, and within budget
-Work directly with the content production team on logistics for scheduling podcasts and other content as needed
-Work closely with events/partnerships manager to create landing pages & implement AE lead distribution process
*Process Management & Optimization
-Create, manage, and distribute SOPs for ongoing repeated processes and tasks
-Work with Inbound sales team to improve lead quality and strategic inbound processes
*Tech Stack/Infrastructure
-Manage our integrations between various software tools, including HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, etc.
-Own marketing attribution across the full marketing funnel
-Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to build out workflows and automations for product-led growth campaigns
*Marketing Data & Analytics
-Maintain clean & efficient database segmentation for all stages of the funnel
-Conduct campaign ROI analysis on a regular basis and provide insights to stakeholders, all the way up to the executive level
-Fully own reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance
-Ensure conversion tracking is installed accurately on all digital assets on an ongoing basis
-Build out, implement, and improve inbound lead scoring strategy
-Work closely with the revenue ops team to manage properties within HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain a clean and efficient database
Immediate Opportunities for Impact:
- Improve reporting accuracy and data integrity by auditing our current workflows and attribution processes
- Create SOPs for existing repeatable processes and identify inefficiencies where we can automate, delegate, or eliminate
- Take ownership of the logistics & scheduling of content production to ensure consistent output
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of marketing, sales, and/or revenue operations experience
- Ample experience using a modern marketing automation tool such as Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot
- Systems-oriented. You'd likely tackle a complex at home DIY project any given weekend, but spend the weekend prior mapping it out.
- Business acumen. You know how to dissect the main levers in a B2B saas company, and understand how various initiatives ladder up to key business objectives.
- You're a master of marketing and sales tools and have pushed them to their limits
- High bias to speed and execution. You're willing to help out with projects outside your job description, roll up your sleeves and can push things over the finish line quickly.
